About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Travelodge Quebec on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while promoting our hotel services.
Key responsibilities
- Take and manage room reservations.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and group bookings.
- Promote hotel products and services and collect payments.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel amenities, tourist attractions, and regional activities.
- Handle incoming calls, customer complaints, and other front‑desk tasks.
Required profile
- College degree in hospitality (preferred) or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar front‑desk or reception role.
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and on varying schedules.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of local tourist attractions and strong customer orientation.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of hotel software applications such as Hotelo.
