Dining Room Supervisor – Premium All‑Inclusive Resort

About the role

Club Med is looking for a Dining Room Supervisor to lead the service team at its Miami resort. You will ensure a memorable, high‑quality dining experience for up to 1,000 guests per service while supporting the restaurant manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10‑30 restaurant staff, coordinating shifts and performance.
• Assist the restaurant manager with service organization and staff management.
• Guarantee the quality of welcome, set‑up and service for 600‑1,000 covers per service.
• Motivate the team around defined objectives and support their development.
• Drive additional sales and contribute to the economic results of the service.
• Manage stocks, orders of consumables, small hotel equipment and linen.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health‑ and safety standards and maintain resort assets.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Efficient multitasker who can prioritize and deliver timely service.
• Attention to detail to provide personalized guest experiences.
