Front Counter Sales and Customer Service Representative

About the role

BG Distribution is seeking a Front Counter Sales and Customer Service Representative to join its Winnipeg team. This entry‑level position involves handling customer orders, answering product queries, and supporting the sales process in a fast‑growing distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders received by phone and email using the company’s ERP system.
• Answer inquiries about product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Handle Return Authorization requests and coordinate returns.
• Identify and resolve emerging issues that customers may encounter.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about learning door‑hardware products and sales processes.
• Strong communication skills for phone and email interactions.
• Ability to work the full‑time schedule of Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm.
• Willingness to grow within a rapidly expanding company.
