Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Winnipeg. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff including apprentices, design team members and other sales workers.
• Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Coordinate activities of workers and direct daily operations.
• Maintain professionalism in customer service and ensure team performance.
