Freelance AI Trainer – English Annotator

About the role
Mindrift is looking for English‑speaking freelancers to help train AI models by reviewing and annotating AI‑generated content. You will work on short‑term, project‑based tasks that improve how AI systems understand and respond to real‑world scenarios such as online shopping.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI‑generated responses across various e‑commerce and shopping scenarios.
- Provide clear, detailed feedback to enhance model performance.
- Follow established style and quality guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to refine annotated content.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least one year of professional or academic experience.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Reliable internet connection.
Required skills
- Excellent written communication in English.
