Food Service Worker – Airport Restaurant

About the role

Join SSP Canada’s airport restaurant team as a Food Service Worker. You will greet travelers, take and prepare orders, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience for guests arriving at Montreal‑Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and take accurate orders using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items, handling cash and processing payments.
• Maintain product rotation, stock levels, and proper storage of perishables.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists, including cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a clean work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in confined airport spaces.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic math for cash handling and change making.
• Cash register operation.
• MAPAQ hygiene and sanitation certification (preferred).
