Food Service Supervisor

About the role

Panago Pizza is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead the front‑of‑house team at its Squamish location. You will ensure food quality, safety and excellent customer service while supporting a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring consistent portion sizes and presentation.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, reinforcing compliance with health regulations.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, conducting regular checks and corrective actions.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly, providing solutions that maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage to support operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
• Possess 2 to less than 3 years of experience supervising food service staff.
• Be available to work evening, night, day and weekend shifts as needed.
• Demonstrate a commitment to youth mentorship, offering coaching, networking and awareness training.
