About the role
We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at Klahanie Campground in Squamish, BC. The role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations in a hotel, motel and resort environment, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train and arrange training for cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning workers.
- Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
- Recommend or arrange additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties when needed.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience supervising cleaning staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle evening, shift and weekend schedules.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication.
