About the role
Join A & W Restaurant as a Food Counter Attendant in Squamish. This entry‑level position is perfect for candidates who are reliable, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and are eager to learn on the job.
Key responsibilities
- Take customer orders and serve food at the counter or buffet tables.
- Prepare, heat, portion, wrap and package simple food items.
- Maintain accurate records of food quantities used.
- Stock refrigerators, salad bars and other service stations.
- Operate manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Reliability and ability to work as a team player.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting.
- Availability for morning, day and evening shifts.
