About the role

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Food Counter Clerks to join hospitality employers across Canada on an immediate basis. This front‑of‑house position involves greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth, friendly service experience at food service counters.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare simple menu items and assemble orders for service.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Maintain clean and organized counters, dining areas, and workstations.
• Restock supplies, packaging materials, and ensure availability of necessary items.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English (French optional for francophone programs).
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or food service is an asset.
