Food & Beverage Services Attendant

About the role

The Food & Beverage Services Attendant ensures a clean, well‑stocked and welcoming dining environment for guests. You will support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced restaurant setting. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs; load buspans and trays.
• Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations.
• Package take‑out food, portion and wrap meals.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take orders.
• Stock refrigerators, salad bars and handle inventory receipt.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors; remove kitchen garbage.
