About the role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Service Manager to lead daily operations at our Calgary location. You will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards of health and safety, and drive operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Set staff work schedules and supervise daily activities.
- Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer complaints and provide exceptional service.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in food and beverage service management.
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized, reliable and a proven team player.
