About the role
R&B BeautyPro is seeking an experienced manager to lead its nail salon in Calgary. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control, and evaluate daily salon operations.
- Plan and organize schedules, budgets, and inventory.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Hire, train, and supervise salon personnel.
- Address customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of management experience in a beauty or esthetician salon.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Client‑focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized, reliable and a team player.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and flexible hours.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
