Flex Operator – Converting Operations

About the role

The Flex Operator supports the Converting Operations team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will perform hands‑on labour tasks, troubleshoot issues, and help keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of labour duties in Converting Operations, including lifting up to 50‑60 lb loads.
• Identify and analyse problems as they arise and work with the team to resolve them.
• Operate at heights or in confined spaces when required.
• Maintain safety standards while handling heavy machinery and equipment.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 plant operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Availability for all shifts, including night and weekend work.
