About the role

We are looking for a Finish Grinder to join our sheet‑metal fabrication shop, producing high‑quality metal components. The role involves cleaning, grinding, and polishing metal parts to a mirror finish while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale and other residues.
Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout the plant using powered and manual methods.
Grind or chip excess metal from products using hand tools and deburring equipment.
Polish metal parts to achieve a mirror finish.
Read and interpret work orders to ensure correct processing.

Required profile

Dependable and flexible team player.
Excellent oral communication and resourcefulness.

Required skills

Operation of metal cleaning equipment.
Hand‑tool grinding and chipping.
Polishing to mirror finish.
Use of deburrer and dolly equipment.
Reading and interpreting work orders.
