Financial Services Manager – Automotive Dealership

About the role

The Financial Services Manager will lead the Finance & Insurance (F&I) function at OpenRoad Toyota Richmond, driving product sales, ensuring contract accuracy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full‑time position reports to senior management and plays a key role in achieving the dealership’s revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve finance product sales targets and penetration percentages.
• Ensure all vehicle financial contracts are accurate, properly submitted, and funded in a timely manner.
• Analyze department performance, develop budgets, and monitor variances against goals.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to coordinate activities and align objectives.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through proactive client needs identification and advisory.
• Communicate department policies, procedures, and objectives to staff and enforce safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar finance or sales role with a strong sales record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner, and comfortable with challenges.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
