Financial Analyst – IT Finance & Invoice Governance

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Financial Analyst to support IT financial management. You will own end‑to‑end invoice governance, vendor oversight, month‑end close activities, and performance reporting, turning data into actionable insights for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full invoice lifecycle – intake, validation, approval coordination, and submission – ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Serve as the primary finance contact for IT vendors, handling inquiries, escalations, and contractual compliance.
• Lead month‑end close tasks, including accruals, variance analysis, and financial reviews, and communicate key drivers and risks.
• Design, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and scorecards to track spend, performance, and key metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization across financial operations.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, accountable environment.

Required profile

• University degree or college diploma in IT, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance/accounting functions.
• 2+ years of experience in IT or vendor management.
• 3+ years managing large budgets and producing financial reports.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to remain objective and build credibility with stakeholders.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
