Finance Business Partner – Expansion Sales (Spanish)

About the role

Autodesk is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the AMER Expansion Sales organization, acting as the primary finance liaison for senior sales leaders across Latin America. The role blends strategic financial planning with day‑to‑day analysis to drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate independence, excellence and integrity in decision‑making and business judgment.
• Apply strong knowledge of information systems, financial planning, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment and business development, preferably within a software environment.
• Collaborate closely with sales, cross‑functional, and finance teams to provide analysis, insights and recommendations.
• Support high‑level strategy while managing detailed financial operations and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting (CPA or MBA preferred but not required).
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible business and finance experience.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting high‑tech sales organizations.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing skills and ability to distill complex information.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, meet tight deadlines and learn quickly.
• Strong team player with leadership potential and capability to work on global cross‑functional teams.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $139,700 (Canada).
