Investment Banking Associate – PPP Transaction Advisory

About the role

Agentis Capital Advisors is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its global public‑private partnership (P3) advisory team. This full‑time position offers immediate start and relocation to Canada, providing exposure to large, complex PPP transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the execution of PPP transactions, including due‑diligence coordination.
• Develop complex financial models, leveraging macros and VBA programming.
• Prepare client presentations and contribute to business development discussions.
• Maintain marketing materials and create pitch decks for prospective clients.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in PPP transactions and financial modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and take initiative.
• Resilient mindset and collaborative team orientation.
