Field Sales Representative – Credit Card Program

About the role

We’re looking for energetic, confident, and outgoing individuals to join our growing field sales team as Customer Field Representatives. In this role you’ll work inside retail stores, speaking with customers and educating them about the benefits of a leading credit card program, helping them understand the advantages and assisting with the in‑store application process.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain the features and benefits of the credit card program.
• Assist customers with completing applications.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Travel to a different retail store each day.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.
• Reliable transportation is an asset due to daily store changes.
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
• Motivated, enjoy talking to people, and want to be rewarded for results.
