Field Reimbursement Manager – Southern California

About the role

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will support patient and provider access to our client’s pharmaceutical products across Southern California. Working directly with healthcare providers, office staff, and internal stakeholders, the FRM ensures smooth reimbursement and authorization processes while delivering a positive experience for both clinicians and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that facilitate patient access to client products within provider offices.
• Act as an extension of the client’s HUB, providing in‑person visits and liaison support.
• Participate in client and internal team meetings, logging activities in the CRM system.
• Serve as the payer expert for the assigned geography, communicating payer changes promptly.
• Educate office staff on formulary coverage, insurance forms, prior authorizations, appeals, and claims resolution.
• Review patient case information in a compliant manner and guide providers through the client’s patient support services.

Required profile

• Client‑facing experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical access services.
• Familiarity with patient health information (PHI) handling and compliance standards.
• Ability to navigate insurance authorization, reimbursement, and appeals processes.
• Strong consultative approach with excellent communication skills.
