Field Account Manager – Vancouver

About the role
As a Field Account Manager (FAM) you will act as a software sales expert for a defined territory, owning a transactional book of business. You will focus on software adoption, advanced feature utilization, and revenue expansion across our merchant base, engaging customers in‑person on a regular basis.
Key responsibilities
- Drive software retention and expansion through high‑volume sales motions.
- Position ShipStation’s technical capabilities as the primary driver of merchant success.
- Manage accounts end‑to‑end and partner with senior customer stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve quota by expanding usage of advanced features and improving merchant workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Implementation and Product teams to ensure product fit.
Required profile
- Reside in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Willingness to travel within the territory up to four days per week for in‑person engagements.
- Strong consultative, adoption‑led sales approach.
- Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
