Family/General Practitioner – New Clinic in Aldergrove

About the role

We are seeking a Family/General Practitioner to join our brand‑new clinic in Aldergrove, which includes an attached pharmacy and a collaborative team of 12 young physicians delivering comprehensive outpatient and part‑time inpatient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum primary care to a diverse patient population.
• Manage walk‑in clinic hours and schedule appointments at your own pace.
• Participate in the After Hours Coverage Program to ensure continuous patient support.
• Collaborate with Medical Office Assistant (MOA) support staff for efficient clinic operations.
• Utilise both onsite facilities (12 exam rooms) and virtual care platforms as needed.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family or General Practitioner.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexible regarding schedule and able to balance onsite and virtual responsibilities.
• Interest in building a personal practice within a supportive clinic model.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oscar EMR.
• Proficiency with Juno EMR.
• Experience using the Cortico virtual care platform.
