Family Practitioner – New Downtown Langley Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join a brand‑new multidisciplinary clinic in the rapidly growing downtown Langley area. The clinic offers modern exam rooms, collaborative support from allied health professionals, and state‑of‑the‑art technology to enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
• Utilize two dedicated exam rooms per provider to deliver efficient consultations.
• Collaborate with a team of medical office assistants (MOAs), allied health professionals, and a designated locum physician for coverage and cross‑cover as needed.
• Coordinate referrals to on‑site services such as pharmacy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, respiratory therapy, internal medicine, psychiatry, and IV iron administration.
• Document visits using the Juno/Oscar EMR platform with AI scribe capabilities and manage same‑day follow‑ups via Stellar Voice.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Medicine or General Practice physician.
• Experience working in a team‑based, multidisciplinary environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑growing clinic setting and participate in cross‑coverage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Juno EMR.
• Proficiency with Oscar EMR.
• Familiarity with Stellar Voice for urgent follow‑up communication.

• Estimated remuneration $300,000‑$400,000 CAD with an 80/20 billing split.
