About the role

The clinic is seeking a licensed Family Physician to join a busy two‑level practice in Burnaby, BC. The role combines in‑clinic appointments with virtual visits, serving patients of all ages in a walk‑in and family‑practice setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and preventive health management.
• Conduct virtual consultations and manage patient flow between the walk‑in clinic and dedicated family practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the clinic’s EMR system and bill the Medical Services Plan (MSP).
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, medical office assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in on‑call or after‑hours coverage as required.

Required profile

• Licensure as a Family Physician in British Columbia.
• Eligibility to bill MSP.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Comfortable using virtual care platforms for remote consultations.
