About the role
This full-time, on-site position is for a Family Physician based in Calgary, Alberta. You will deliver comprehensive primary care to individuals and families, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, and preventive health.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.
- Manage chronic illnesses and deliver preventive care services.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to address community health needs.
- Respond to urgent care situations and ensure high-quality medical services.
Required profile
- Expertise in Primary Care and Family Medicine.
- Experience providing Urgent Care services.
- Knowledge of Community Health and commitment to serving diverse populations.
- Ability to diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid medical licence to practice in Alberta.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent qualification.
