Family Physician – Flexible Full-time/Part-time Role

About the role

WELL Health’s Fraser Medical Clinic is seeking family physicians who want to establish or expand their practice in a vibrant, high‑walkability neighbourhood of Vancouver. The position can be full‑time or part‑time, with flexible hours and the ability to shape your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a full‑scope practice, including optional walk‑in component.
• Utilise virtual care and telehealth options to extend patient access.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, MOAs, and administrative staff.
• Participate in smooth transition and onboarding processes coordinated by the recruitment director.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible family physician.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, collegiate clinic environment.
• Ability to adapt schedule to clinic’s flexible hours.
• Interest in integrating virtual health tools into practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Profile EMR.
• Experience with telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with virtual health platforms such as WELL AI Voice and WELL AI Decision support.
