Family Medicine & Walk‑In Physician (Full‑time/Locum)

About the role

Integra Health is seeking qualified Family Medicine and Walk‑In physicians to join a vibrant, multidisciplinary team in downtown Toronto. The position offers both full‑time (FHO/FHG) and locum opportunities within a patient‑centered, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine and walk‑in care to a diverse urban patient base.
• Collaborate with allied health practitioners including physiotherapists, chiropractors, psychologists, and aesthetic specialists.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient experience.
• Utilize the Telus PS Suite EMR with OceanMD integration for accurate documentation and referrals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Licensed Family Physician (FHO or FHG) in Ontario.
• Commitment to excellence in clinical care and patient satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Telus PS Suite EMR.
• Experience using OceanMD integration.
