Family & General Practitioner – New Downtown Langley Clinic

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new primary care clinic in downtown Langley and are seeking dedicated Family and General Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary team. Each physician will have access to two exam rooms and will work alongside a highly efficient Medical Office Assistant (MOA) team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
• Utilize the Juno/Oscar EMR system and AI‑driven scribe tools for documentation and billing.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, respiratory therapists, and specialists.
• Participate in cross‑coverage and locum arrangements to ensure continuous patient care.
• Engage in same‑day follow‑up coordination using Stellar Voice when urgency dictates.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Medicine or General Practice physician.
• Experience working in a team‑based primary care environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑growing clinic setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Juno/Oscar EMR platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted documentation tools.
• Use of Stellar Voice for rapid patient follow‑up.

• Estimated remuneration of $300,000–$400,000 CAD with an 80/20 billing split.
