Factory Labourer – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Factory Labourer to join our manufacturing floor. The position is on‑site and involves supporting production processes in a dusty, noisy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repetitive tasks on the assembly line while maintaining attention to detail.
• Handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) and move materials safely.
• Stand for extended periods and alternate between sitting, standing, and walking as required.
• Use personal protective equipment, including steel‑toed safety boots, and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards promptly.

Required profile

• No formal education required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• 1 to less than 7 months of related experience or a strong willingness to learn.
• Own reliable transportation; public transit not available.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks and ability to work in a noisy, dusty setting.
• Dependable, punctual, team‑oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
