Expo/Food Runner at Banff Craft Brewery

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Expo/Food Runners to join our team at Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant in Banff National Park. In this fast‑paced front‑of‑house position you will ensure that food and beverage orders are delivered accurately and promptly, helping guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in our unique outdoor‑themed setting.

Key responsibilities

• Present food and drink orders to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and proper timing.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including the expo station.
• Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs.
• Stay on your feet for the duration of shifts and handle high‑volume periods efficiently.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn front‑of‑house operations.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Required skills

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
