Experienced Hairdresser – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced hairdresser to join our team at Kozeta Salon & Spa in Toronto. The role involves providing a full range of hair services to our clients in a busy salon environment.

Key responsibilities

• Book appointments and consult with clients to determine desired styles.
• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair according to client preferences.
• Shave and trim beards and mustaches.
• Provide hair treatments such as washing, scalp conditioning massages, waving, straightening and tinting.
• Apply bleach, dyes, tints, frosting, highlights and other colour techniques.
• Install and maintain hair extensions and style wigs or hair pieces.
• Supervise other stylists, apprentices and staff, and manage inventory and supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school graduation.
• At least 5 years of experience in a barbershop or salon setting.
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform a mix of sitting, standing and walking.
• Client‑focused, reliable, flexible team player.
