Executive Assistant to Owner – Luxury Hospitality Group

About the role
This prestigious position supports the owner of a high‑end restaurant group, handling both personal and professional matters with discretion, poise, and initiative. You will act as the principal’s trusted right‑hand, ensuring seamless operations while the owner travels frequently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all inbound and outbound communications, acting as a professional gatekeeper for the principal.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and itinerary adjustments.
- Oversee personal financial administration: bank accounts, GST filing, tax payments, and bill management.
- Liaise with tradespeople and service providers to schedule home repairs, maintenance, and household appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier clients, arranging private events, VIP reservations, and bespoke dining experiences.

- Exceptional autonomy – able to make sound judgments independently without daily oversight.
- Proactive, self‑starting mindset – anticipates needs and acts before they arise.
- High emotional intelligence and polished professional demeanor in all interactions.
