About the role
Join Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group as an Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Executive Officer – Show Operations. This hybrid position combines office collaboration four days a week with occasional remote work, offering a dynamic environment within the world of live entertainment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and logistics.
- Organise and coordinate meeting logistics, conference calls, and special events.
- Prepare communications, correspondence, minutes, and presentations in both English and French.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and related documentation for senior leaders.
- Support talent and revenue projects, distribute invitations and gifts, and liaise with internal departments.
Required profile
- Minimum ten years of experience supporting senior management.
- Strong organisational, diplomatic, and discretion skills.
- High availability, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
