About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President of ecobee. In this role you will ensure the executive’s time is managed efficiently and that communication with internal and external stakeholders runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide complex administrative support, including handling confidential information with discretion.
- Manage and screen all forms of communication, such as emails and messages.
- Maintain the President’s calendar, schedule appointments, conferences, and events, and arrange travel.
- Prepare business expense reports and related documentation.
- Plan and coordinate major business group events and meetings.
- Draft letters and correspondence as requested.
- Oversee conference room reservations and coordinate audio/visual requirements.
Required profile
- Proactive and detail‑oriented with strong judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
