About the role

As a Skin Care Trainer – the skoah term for esthetician – you will guide customers through personalized skin‑care programs, using high‑performance products and targeted skin‑care workouts. Your focus will be on delivering lasting results while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

Provide customers with customized skin‑care regimens and product recommendations.
Conduct attentive skin‑care “workouts” to address individual concerns.
Generate lasting results through consistent follow‑up and education.
Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Required profile

Passionate about skin‑care services and products.
Formal esthetics training is required.
Energetic, customer‑oriented with a caring attitude.
Innovative problem‑solver who can think on their feet.
