ESL Teacher – Teach English to Young Learners in China

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic ESL teachers to join English 1’s network of schools in China. You will deliver English lessons to children aged 3‑16, using a student‑centred approach and modern classroom technology.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English‑as‑a‑Foreign‑Language lessons following a structured curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Participate in school events, cultural exchange programmes and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain a dynamic, communicative classroom environment using interactive teaching methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Interest in international education, travel and cultural exchange.
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification preferred (sponsorship available).
