Epic Clinical Associate Manager – Healthcare IT

About the role

The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) at Accenture drive client transformation through innovative technology and industry insight. As an Epic Clinical Associate Manager, you will lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver Epic implementations, optimizations, and support for healthcare clients across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans, capture end‑user scope, and drive status updates through regular calls.
• Maintain executive presence, communicate clearly with operations and client stakeholders, and manage escalations.
• Navigate ambiguous project challenges, devise solutions, and ensure delivery of complex Epic initiatives.
• Analyze and design new clinical workflows, define product requirements, and contribute to functional specifications.
• Oversee system configuration, integration setup, testing activities, and data mapping documentation.
• Serve as liaison between client Epic teams and Accenture technical leads to align data structures and workflow capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college program.
• 8‑14 years of Healthcare IT experience in an Epic Clinical leadership role.
• Certification in at least one Epic clinical application (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Cupid, Orders, Radiant).
• Experience gathering requirements from clinical leadership.
• Fluent English; French language skills are a plus but not required.
