Enterprise Account Executive – Emerging Markets (B2B)

About the role

Article is expanding its B2B program into high‑growth institutional sectors such as student housing and senior living. As an Enterprise Account Executive you will lead the Emerging Markets vertical, building enterprise partnerships and securing preferred‑vendor status.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Emerging Markets strategy targeting student housing and senior living institutions.
• Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales from outreach through negotiation of $500K+ deals.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise ADR to refine targeting criteria and improve pipeline velocity.
• Develop account entry plans to secure preferred‑vendor status and negotiate multi‑year partnership agreements.
• Leverage Article’s retail showroom network and represent the company at industry trade shows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales with a proven hunter track record.
• Direct experience in student housing, senior living, or institutional commercial real‑estate development.
• Strong network or ability to build relationships with institutional capital firms and university housing departments.
• Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes, RFPs, and preferred‑vendor programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and legal authorization to work in Canada.
