Emergency Medicine Specialist – Remote, $130‑$180/hr

About the role

This contract position focuses on improving AI systems for acute and emergency care by providing high‑quality, evidence‑based clinical data. You will design realistic emergency medicine scenarios, evaluate AI‑generated outputs, and help enhance clinical reasoning across emergency workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic emergency medicine scenarios covering triage, undifferentiated complaints, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and disposition planning.
• Develop gold‑standard, attending‑level responses with depth and accuracy.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs using structured medical rubrics.
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve model reasoning and clinical accuracy.
• Participate in onboarding sessions and specialty calibration discussions.
• Ensure all outputs align with evidence‑based emergency medicine practices and standards.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license, or final‑year residents (board‑eligible) and fellows in emergency medicine.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills in emergency medicine.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
