Emergency Medicine Expert – Remote Part‑Time Consulting

About the role

We are seeking board‑certified emergency medicine physicians to help shape AI‑driven clinical decision tools. This remote, part‑time position allows you to contribute your expertise from anywhere in the US or Canada while working flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios covering triage, undifferentiated chief complaints, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and disposition decisions.
• Write “golden” reference responses that meet attending‑level quality standards.
• Grade AI‑generated responses against structured rubrics and provide detailed written feedback.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align model behavior with clinical best practices.

Required profile

• Attending physicians: board‑certified with an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Resident physicians: in the final year of residency (board‑eligible recent graduates accepted).
• Fellows: board‑certified or board‑eligible in a primary specialty with an active, unrestricted license.
