Electro-mechanical Technician

About the role

As an Electro‑mechanical Technician at Intelcom | Dragonfly, you will support the automated sorting network that powers Canada’s leading last‑mile logistics operation. You will work on a variety of equipment, from high‑speed conveyors to control systems, ensuring they run reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow vendors during system installations and receive hands‑on training.
• Continuously analyse operational data to identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain maintenance plans for sorting equipment and supporting machinery.
• Perform mechanical, electrical and software maintenance as required.
• Manage and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance.
• Post‑secondary diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Technology.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead small initiatives.
• Openness to change and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
