Electrical Foreman

About the role

Spark Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and fixtures. Reporting to an administrative superior, you will supervise electricians, apprentices, and sub‑trades while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign, schedule, and supervise electrical work, participating in complex tasks as needed.
• Conduct inspections, ensure availability of equipment and materials, and enforce safety regulations.
• Estimate time and material costs, maintain job records, and submit reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, recruit and train personnel, and interpret plans and blueprints.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of electrical trade practices, methods, equipment, and occupational hazards.
• Considerable knowledge of applicable electrical codes and ability to supervise skilled workers.
• Strong communication skills with superiors, subordinates, vendors, and clients.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication.
