E‑commerce Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Electronic Commerce Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing online sales activities, creating promotional content, and ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse, production, and customers. This full‑time position is based in Bolton, ON and offers the opportunity to develop e‑commerce expertise in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, and website content.
• Conduct surveys and analytical studies on buying habits of wholesale and retail consumers.
• Execute online marketing, e‑commerce, and website promotions.
• Maintain and manage the digital database and verify stock availability.
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve issues.
• Plan, direct, and monitor activities of the sales department, including coordination with warehouse and production units.
• Develop promotional materials and oversee advertising campaigns.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor impact.
• Prepare reports for senior management and oversee website content creation.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education.
• 1‑2 years of experience in e‑commerce or sales.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a large workload.
• Client‑focused with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to exercise good judgement and initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and database management tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify platform for online sales.
• Comfort with internet research and electronic mail communication.
