Part‑Time Merchandiser (Floral & Packaged Products) – Bolton

About the role

We are hiring a part‑time independent contractor to maintain and enhance floral and packaged nut product displays at retail locations in Bolton, ON. The merchandiser will visit assigned stores three times per week to ensure displays are attractive, stocked, correctly priced and aligned with planograms.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and refresh floral and packaged product displays, including seasonal setups and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify low‑stock items and place orders to keep displays fully stocked.
• Follow store‑specific planograms and execute promotional end‑caps and marketing programs.
• Submit daily call reports detailing display condition, inventory and actions taken.
• Collaborate with store staff to maintain merchandising standards and keep display areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced retail environment and travel to multiple stores.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and able to lift up to 45 lb.
• Strong attention to detail, eye for visual presentation and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with store personnel.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
