Domestic Housekeeper – Full‑Time Permanent Role

About the role

We are seeking a reliable domestic housekeeper to maintain a private residence in Toronto on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role involves a variety of cleaning and household tasks to ensure a comfortable and hygienic living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors; dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
• Make beds, change sheets and stock linen closets.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries; clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Clean elevators, windows, walls, ceilings and changing rooms.
• Launder clothing and household linens; mend clothing and linens.
• Pick up debris, empty trash containers and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Physical capability for repetitive tasks, bending, crouching and kneeling.
• Punctual, dependable, flexible and client‑focused.
• Honesty, patience, good judgement and strong organizational skills.
• Reliability, initiative and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Criminal record check and references required.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying household needs.
