About the role
Manitoulin Transport is seeking reliable dock workers to join its busy logistics team. The position involves handling freight on an afternoon shift, Tuesday through Saturday, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trailers.
- Distributing freight to pick‑up and delivery drivers.
- Documenting overages, shortages, and damages.
- Re‑weighing and cubing freight as needed.
- General cleaning of the yard and warehouse.
- Performing occasional lifting tasks while following health and safety policies.
Required profile
- Must have forklift experience.
- Reliable, hard‑working, and able to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with strong safety awareness.
