It is an existing vacancy based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and run a comprehensive Quality Assurance program across VISM, VGM and Sourcing, ensuring activities follow TPRM processes, system requirements and documentation standards
  • Identify, challenge and escalate non-compliance, such as contracts signed before required risk assessments and risk assessments that should have been reviewed further
  • Own and lead all procurement-related Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), including design, execution and monitoring, and articulate risk positions in audit and regulatory language
  • Oversee Key Risk Indicators, centralized issue management and remediation tracking, and the accuracy and integrity of risk data reporting
  • Act as primary contact for regulators, Internal Audit and Line 2 Risk, and lead responses to regulatory reviews, audit inquiries, supplier due diligence and external questionnaires
  • Develop and maintain TPRM guidelines, processes and playbooks, and advise business units on handling supplier confidentiality requests and complex scenarios
  • Lead, manage and develop a team, set a strategic vision for QA and TPRM governance, and partner with Procurement, Risk and business units

Required profile

  • 10+ years of experience in TPRM, Operational Risk, Audit or Compliance
  • Deep expertise in audit practices, regulatory expectations, RCSA frameworks, control design and risk assessment methods
  • Experience engaging with regulators (e.g. OSFI) and internal and external audit functions
  • Ability to communicate complex risk positions in audit-grade, regulator-ready language
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams
  • Preferred: strong leadership, strategic and critical thinking, executive presence, fluency in audit and regulatory language, and a high degree of integrity

What we offer

  • Expected salary range of CAD 125,100 to 175,100, depending on location and factors such as experience and qualifications
  • Incentive programs tied to business and individual performance
  • Customizable benefits including health, dental, mental health, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans and paid time off
