Digital Business Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Business Consultant to support our Gaming Division by shaping strategy, driving change, and ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Digital Business Analysis, you will partner with product owners and technology teams to align initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and requirements workshops to define workflows and system functionality.
• Create and manage analysis artifacts throughout the product lifecycle, from inception to support.
• Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies; develop rollout and mitigation plans.
• Assist product owners with cost estimation, including vendor and internal resources.
• Define business goals, KPIs, and acceptance criteria; monitor system health and performance.
• Break down work into epics, features, and stories using Kanbanize or JIRA; collaborate on testing and UAT plans.
• Provide hands‑on support during test phases to ensure an outstanding player experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal training in business and system analysis.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a medium‑sized organization.
• Previous experience with digital teams and Agile environments.
• Experience in test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with defect‑tracking tools such as Kanbanize and JIRA.
