DevOps Engineer - Ansible Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Ansible and automation to support mission‑critical financial applications. The role involves building secure, scalable infrastructure, driving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high observability across cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Automate deployment, scaling and observability of applications using Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins or GitLab, supporting GitOps practices.
• Optimize system performance, availability and security, and work with SRE teams on incident response and recovery plans.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to provide after‑hours support and maintenance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, preferably in the financial industry.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, YAML) and Linux/Unix administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell or JavaScript.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
• Knowledge of observability and logging tools (Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, CloudWatch).
• Understanding of security, compliance and ITIL processes in regulated environments.
